REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the following cases:
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you. Photographic evidence of the issue will be required.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a replacement or full store credit.
SIZING DISCLAIMER
We strongly recommend reviewing our size guide before purchasing. Exchanges for sizing errors are not accepted as all items are made to order.
