SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
All DORROX orders are made to order and fulfilled within 5–10 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Once fulfilled, standard delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days after fulfillment
- International: Currently unavailable

TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Customers should expect to receive their order within 8–14 business days from the date of purchase.

TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

DELAYS
DORROX LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at orders@dor-rox.com.
